An everyday hoop with a bit of an extra wide twist.
All of our materials are cadmium and nickel-free. They are considered hypoallergenic and great for those with sensitivities.
Gold-filled: Gold-filled consists of a base metal (usually brass, a mixture of copper and zinc) bonded with a thick layer of karat gold over top. Gold-filled is legally required to contain 5% or 1/20 gold by weight. Gold-filled jewelry will show solder marks; unfortunately, these cannot be filed down, as the underlying metal will be exposed. Sterling silver: Our sterling silver contains 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% copper. It is hypoallergenic and nickel, cadmium, and lead-free.
10k/14k gold: 10k gold contains 41.7% pure gold, and 14k gold contains 58.3% pure gold. 10k gold is stronger than 14k gold. Other metals have been added to pure gold to strengthen it. They both wear extremely well and will never lose their value.
Yellow Bronze: Bronze will lose its vibrancy over time. The great thing about this is that it can be polished and re-polished as many times as you’d like. For less upkeep, store your bronze and silver jewellery in an airtight container or pouch, and put it on after applying lotions and sunscreens. Read more about it here. All of our cast pieces are made using an ancient technique known as sand casting. We honour the organic shapes and forms this process creates, making each one varied from the next. No two are exactly the same.

Your jewelry comes packaged in our faux suede pouches made from recycled plastic. They help keep your jewels from tarnishing while also being eco-friendly. We minimize the amount of packaging as best we can while keeping your new items safe. If you'd like a box, you can get one here.
ABOUT THE MATERIALS
GOLD FILLED
Gold filled consists of a base metal (usually brass, which is a mixture of copper and zinc) bonded with a layer of karat gold over top. Gold filled is legally required to contain 5% or 1/20 gold by weight. All the gold filled jewelry that we carry is 14k yellow gold filled, with the exception of our 12k gold filled beaded bracelets. Meaning, all the gold that is bonded was 14k solid gold to begin with. This can be described as either 14/20 gold filled, or 14k gold filled.
STERLING SILVER
Our sterling silver contains 92.5% pure silver, and 7.5% copper. Sometimes other compaines will have other metals besides just copper in that 7.5%, ours does not.
GOLD
We use 10K or 14K gold throughout our collections. 10k gold contains 41.7% pure gold and 14k contains 58.3% pure gold. 10k gold is stronger than 14k gold. Other metals have been added to pure gold to strengthen it.
BRONZE
Our bronze is a combination of copper and tin, and is lead free. Bronze is quite durable, but requires a bit more care. Keep your bronze jewelry in a sealed container when not in use. The great thing though is you can use a polishing cloth to bring back the shine.

What size am I?
If you're unsure of your ring size you can check out our handy ring sizing chart, or purchase a ring sizer to get your exact fit. Necklaces vary from person to person depending on the size of your neck. Best to measure using a mesuring tape, we explain is all here.
How and where is your Jewelry made?
We start out with wire, sometimes a setting, and an earring post, and bend, mold, fuze, solder, and hammer that metal into jewelry.
On Salt Spring Island, BC, Canada. We make everything with the exception of chains. We do outsource some of our settings but the end result is all made by us.
Do you use recycled material?
We sure do! We recycle and reuse our material whenever we can. All of our scrap materials are sent off to a manufacturer to be re-made into wire and sheet metal.
Additionally all our packaging is recyclable or made from post consumer products
What is gold filled?
Our gold filled jewelry consists of 14K yellow gold bonded to a base metal. Because of this it won’t EVER rub or chip away.It has roughly 100 times the amount of gold than the average gold plate.So go ahead and wash your hands, wear your earrings in the shower -- the gold will remain!

When will my order ship?
We are a small batch handmade business. With that in mind, your order will ship within 5 business days of putting through your order.
Do you offer tracked shipping?
Orders under $50 CAD can ship with un-tracked shipping. All order over that ship with a tracking number. Once your order is dispatched you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Don't see it? Check your junk mail folder.
Do you offer returns?
We don't offer returns or exchanges on any custom made or made to order pieces, this includes all our engagement and ceremony rings. We only offer exchanges on our gold filled & sterling silver ready to ship collection. Contact us if you have any questions.
