Where do you ship from?
We ship from our studio on Salt Spring Island, BC, Canada.
Where do you ship to, and with what carriers?
Worldwide. You can choose UPS or Canada Post within Canada, or FedEx or Canada Post/USPS for the US, and DHL or government mail for International shipments.
Do I have to pay customs and import fees?
Yes. All customs, duties, and taxes aren't included in our shipping prices. You are responsible for any fees that may apply.
How much will shipping cost?
We offer flat-rate shipping on all our orders. Once you add the items you'd like to purchase, head over to your cart, and there will be a shipping estimation calculator.
Will I get a tracking number?
All orders come with a tracking number. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email confirmation with all your tracking info. Be sure to check your junk mail folder just in case; they can sometimes end up there.
What if my order gets lost in the mail?
On infrequent occasions, this can happen. Please let us know as soon as you suspect anything, and we'll look into it immediately.
RETURNS
Do you accept returns?
We only offer exchanges on gold-filled and sterling silver ready-to-ship items that have not been worn within 3 days of receiving your order. If the item isn’t what you imagined, you can return it and receive a credit. You are responsible for any shipping costs. If you need a different size, we'd be happy to arrange an exchange; you'll be responsible for any shipping costs to and from the studio.
Please return all items to us unworn and in the original packaging. Contact us to arrange a return.
What can't be exchanged?
All of our engagement rings, wedding bands, ceremony rings, custom rings, one-of-a-kind rings, sale items, and anything custom-made is NON-RETURNABLE & EXCHANGEABLE.
How do I process a return?

Can I cancel an order?
Unfortunately, as soon as you order, it's sent to the studio for processing. We don't offer cancellations, so please ensure you're 100% confident about your purchase before hitting BUY.
WARRANTY
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. We offer a 1-year warranty for ready-to-ship items and a lifetime warranty for engagement rings. We offer a 5-year warranty for stones falling out. We will replace the stone free of charge* within that time. Anything after that is up to the wearer to replace, but any labour is free of charge.

What do I do if my necklace breaks?
If a jump ring comes apart, we can repair your necklace. It can't be repaired if the break is along the links. We will fix all jump ring breaks free of charge; you pay for the shipping.
What if my jewelry changes colour?
All our sterling silver, solid gold, goldun, and gold-filled can change colour and tarnish/oxidize over time with improper care and storage. Sterling silver and gold will oxidize and turn black if exposed to air for long periods, so we recommend keeping them in a sealed container or pouch when not in use.
These metals can also react to chemicals in water, like sulphur and chlorine. Make sure you’re careful while bathing and swimming. But don't worry; all our jewelry can be polished to look new! You can use the polishing cloth provided or check out our jewelry care page for more info.
